Boa Vida Houses 3 & 4 are two 4 sleeper self-catering houses situated in a secure estate in Ponta Malongane approximately 100m above the beach.

Although the two houses are joined by a large 6m deck, they can be rented separately or as one unit to a larger group.

Each house has 2 bedrooms (main with a double bed and two single beds in the other bedroom), one bathroom with a shower, an open plan area with small sitting room and a kitchen.  Leading out from the open plan area is a spacious deck with stunning seaviews, a gas braai and bench style table and chairs for 8 people. The deck area is protected by canvas blinds which is great protection from either the baking sun or a tropical shower.

There is an additional bedroom under one of the houses which has a bunk bed and two single beds, making both houses suitable for 12 people in total. This additional bedroom rents at an additional cost.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, baking utensils, toaster and more. There are enough utensils and crockery for ten people. There is also a small chest freezer in the second bedroom of each house.

Both units have a full time housekeeper from Monday to Saturday (from 08h30 to 16h00).

The houses are within walking distance from the beach – accessed by a wooden stairway with approximately 120 steps!

This site is secure with a security guard at the gate and night watchmen.

Guests staying at Boa Vida Estates may, depending on the season, make use of the facilities on offer at Hotel Phaphalati which is located within the estate. These include a swimming pool, restaurant and bar.
