Boa Vida Estate comprises a number of lovely self-catering holiday houses in Ponta Malongane - each with sea views and individually styled and decorated according to owner's preferences.

The houses are positioned approximately 140m from the watermark and are built on a bank affording wonderful sea views from each of the units.

Boa Vida 16 & 17 comprises two houses joined by a deck, with blissful views over the ocean and fitted with air-conditioning

House 16 has two bedrooms, main with double bed and the other with two single beds, 2 bathrooms (main en-suite), an open plan area with a living room and fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck with a gas braai. There is a TV in the lounge but no DSTV/Satellite TV.

House 17 has a very similar layout to House 16 above, however, this unit has 1 bathroom with a shower. Unit 17 does not have a TV, tumble dryer or washing machine.

Both houses have air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.

There is a stairway leading directly to the beautiful pristine beach below.
