THE SPACE

Casa Branca in Ponta do Ouro is a stunning 4 bedroom house which can accommodate a total of 8 guests.

Situated across the road from the main Ponta swimming beach, Casa Branca is the ideal location for families and friends who want the ultimate beach holiday in luxurious surroundings.

All bedroom have en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have twin beds which can be separate or pushed together to make a king size bed.

The spacious living area comprises an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a large fridge, 2 separate fridge/freezers, 5 hob gas stove, oven and dishwasher.

The lounge has comfortable couches, flat screen TV with DSTV and a music system. 

Leading off the lounge is a large wooden deck with blissful seaviews.  The deck is furnished with a 6 seater dining table, plus a second large table with 2 long benches. In addition, there are comfortable sofas and chairs for outdoor lounging.

At the rear of the house, guests can enjoy braaing in a sheltered area, complete with a table and chairs.

Secure parking for vehicles inside the property is available for guests.

R3 000 refundable breakage deposit required with reservation payment. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending breakages/losses reported by owner.

R75 non-refundable service fee required with booking payment

R155.00 per day – Housekeeping (including day of arrival and departure).  Please pay Isaac in cash prior to departure.
