Nestled amongst a valley of palm trees lies the charming Montanha Valley Lodge in Barra.

Accommodation is provided in comfortable 2-4 and 4-6 sleeper wood and grass casitas (chalets) which are situated around the pool area.

Each casita is fully equipped for self-catering purposes. The 2-4 sleeper casitas comprise one en-suite bedroom, open plan kitchen/lounge with 2 sleeper couches and a deck.

The 4-6 sleeper casita comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, open plan kitchen/lounge with 2 sleeper couches and a deck.

Delicious meals and ice-cold beverages can be enjoyed at the pool side restaurant and bar.

The swimming pool with thatched umbrellas situated alongside the restaurant provides relief from the sultry summer conditions.

The units are serviced daily and have drinkable borehole water, gas and 24 hour electricity.

There are no sea views but a short walk over the tall dune to the main beach, Praia da Barra, and one is captivated by one of the most beautiful views!

Please bring own beach/bath towels as well as garbage bags, cleaning equipment and materials and toilet paper.

A 4x4 or 2x4 vehicle with diff lock and sufficient ground clearance is required.

Fans are not provided and we recommend that you include your braai (barbeque) grid, braai utensils and deck/beach chairs.
