Paraiso da Barra in Mozambique comprises two comfortably furnished 8 sleeper houses situated right on Barra beach with fabulous ocean views from the verandah - the waves break just metres from the front door!

Each house has an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, braai area, and a deck. One of the houses (the back house) has a double carport under the house. The houses are fully equipped to cater for 8 guests and are serviced daily.

Being situated on the main Barra Beach, the houses are situated within close proximity of many local restaurants and attractions.

A 4x4 vehicle is not required to reach the lodge - all vehicles are securely parked within the grounds.

Of all the places we have stayed in Moz, that was the best accommodation and holiday we have had in years. No problems on the road with police or there at Barra.

5 star rating for what you pay for, value for money. Great location.

The front chalet has been nicely refreshed but the chalet at the back needs a bit of freshening up.
