Capricorn Restcamp in Namibia is situated next to the Naukluft Mountains making it an ideal stop-over en route from Windhoek to Sossusvlei or from the South to the coast.

Just 40 km from the entrance to the Naukluft Mountain Park, the camp is a good start position or a comfortable basis for any excursion (hiking & 4x4) into this fascinating park.

Accommodation at Capricorn Restcamp is provided in either bungalows or guests may choose to camp. The four bungalows are approximately 60m apart and are all equipped with twin beds, own shower & toilet, warm water, terrace, fireplace (braai) and electrical lights. Parking places are close to the bungalows.

The four camp sites at Capricorn Restcamp each have shadow netting, fireplace (braai) and benches/tables. The camp site has a communal toilet- and shower house. Fire wood is available in our small Travel Shop.

Breakfast, cold lunch and dinner are served at the terrace or in the dining room. A sundowner at the Naukluft-View-Point or at our bar would be the real highlight of your stay with us.

Guests can settle in and enjoy the view after a long day driving, they can also take a walk and discover the numerous indigenous plants and variety of birds from the region.
