This beautiful double story home is situated in Ballito, Kwa-Zulu Natal – in a prime location and within walking distance (500 meters) from the beach, with a private gate to a walkway leading to the beach.

The 8 sleeper self-catering home boasts magnificent sea views. Those travelling with dogs are welcome, as the home is pet-friendly and allows a maximum of 2 dogs – on request. 

There are 4 bedrooms (all open onto the balcony with sea views. The house sleeps 8 in 3 king size beds and two single beds. The upstairs main bedroom has air-conditioning, a full en-suite bathroom and opens up onto the balcony. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and a fourth bedroom downstairs, which opens onto the pool area with an en-suite bathroom with a bath. There are two additional bathrooms upstairs, one with a bath and the other a shower. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a walk in fridge, chest freezer, microwave, tumble dryer, separate laundry and scullery with a washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge has a TV, with DSTV and Wi-Fi.

Ideal for entertainment with an outdoor area that boasts a gas and a weber braai, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There is even an indoor bar area with sea views, ideal for those rainy days. 

There is a single lock-up garage, which enters into the main house. Extra parking space for 4 cars in the driveway.
