Aloha 15 Cottage provides a cosy retreat surrounded by the vibrant coastal bush teeming with birdlife, butterflies, monkeys and chameleons. Relax in hammocks and enjoy the salty ocean breezes. The cottage features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms accommodating 4 adults. Both bathrooms are en-suite, one of the bathrooms has an outdoor shower only. The open-plan living area includes a lounge, kitchen and dining space. There is the option for two children under 12 years to sleep on the futons in the lounge. Ideal for self-catering, the kitchen is equipped with a Nutri Blender, fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee machine for your convenience. The living room boasts a Smart TV and a Wi-Fi router for your entertainment. Please note that guests need to purchase their own Vodacom data bundles. Step outside onto two wooden decks – one with ocean-facing sun loungers and the other hosting a braai area with spectacular inland views and glorious orange sunsets. The main Aloha 15 house is situated on the same property. Aloha 15 is a 4 bedroom house and can be rented together with the cottage to accommodate a total of 18 people.

A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2025 RATES Low Season R3 000.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) High Season R4 500.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) Peak Season R5 000.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 – Late check out fee Guests may check out at 15h00 (by prior arrangement) provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 15h00 will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Overtime rates will apply. Please tip staff for their service. Breakage/Damage Deposit A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 night stay will be required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, provided there are no breakages/losses. Guests can access the internet and streaming services via the Wi-Fi provided and make use of the TV as a monitor. No pets permitted, guests will be asked to vacate the premises should they arrive with pets. Please lock your rooms when not occupied and keep valuables in a safe place. It is not advisable to turn the microwave, the toaster and the kettle on at the same time as it might result in a power trip. Laundry is available at R150 or 600Mzn a load, please bring your laundry powder and softener as required. Linen will be changed twice a week to be mindful of the environment. The noise level cut off for Aloha Estate is 10.30pm. Loud music, shouting, etc not be permitted after this time. The Smart TV does not have DSTV installed. However, there is a Wi-Fi router with a Vodacom SIM card and an HDMI cable. These will allow you to access the internet and use your computer to watch your streaming service through the TV. The speaker is Bluetooth. The staff will load data onto the sim card with a data bundle package of your choice, the data bundle purchase is at the cost of the client. Please note, that items left outside at night are usually very wet in the morning due to the high level of humidity and condensation in the air.
