There is no DSTV, however guests can stream their favourite DSTV programmes using the Wi-Fi provided (using their own log-in details). The kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring a 4-plate gas hob, oven, microwave, and a Nespresso machine with a milk frother. Crockery & cutlery for 20 people is provided and there is a walk in cold room and one upright freezer, a washing machine and all the equipment that you would require for self-catering. Aloha 19 comprises four additional buildings (pods), each housing inter-leading bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Internal doors can be locked from the inside, providing privacy. Both bedrooms in each pod have separate access from the outside deck. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2025 RATES Low Season R11 500.00 per house per night (maximum 16 people) High Season R15 500.00 per house per night (maximum 16 people) Peak Season R19 500.00 per house per night (maximum 16 people) Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R150.00 per day cleaning fee. Please pay the head housekeeper in cash prior to departure. Payment to include departure date. The groundsman cleans the pool, braai and outside areas. There is no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity would be appreciated. Breakage/Damage Deposit R6 500.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This includes weddings, birthdays, engagements, etc. Loud music parties and functions will not be allowed No noise after 10.30pm (including loud music, loud splashing in the pool and loud voices). No smoking indoors Please thoroughly wash/rinse off all tanning lotions before making use of the bathroom towels as well as bed linen as this is staining them to an extent that the stains cannot be removed. Stained linen will have to be replaced at your cost.
