Sufficient crockery and cutlery is supplied for 20 guests. Aloha 19 comprises four additional buildings (pods), each housing inter-leading bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Internal doors can be locked from the inside, providing privacy. Both bedrooms in each pod have separate access from the outside deck. Bed Configuration in each Pod Bedroom 1 – queen size bed with air-con and en-suite bathroom Bedroom 2 – 3 x single beds with ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. Low Season R10 500.00 per house per night (maximum 16 people) High Season R14 500.00 per house per night (maximum 16 people) Peak Season R18 500.00 per house per night (maximum 16 people) Late Check Out R800.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. Furthermore, if a booking is received on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R150.00 per day cleaning fee. Please pay the head housekeeper in cash prior to departure. Payment to include departure date. The groundsman cleans the pool, braai and outside areas. There is no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity would be appreciated. Late Check Out R800.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. Furthermore, if a booking is received on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. Cancellation Policy

30% of the Accommodation total (as per invoice) is non-refundable if the cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival.                                                
Cancellations made within 1 month before arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refunds).
