Aloha 22 is a self-catering house with 4 bedrooms situated on the beach in Ponta Mamoli. This home is a hit among travellers for good reason! With its 4 bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, pool and direct beach access, it can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. This popular holiday house comprises 4 buildings, one of which houses the kitchen, lounge and dining area, the remaining 3 buildings comprise the 4 bedrooms. The lounge has a flatscreen TV. There is no DSTV, however guests can stream their favourite programmes using the Wi-Fi provided (using their own account). Each of the 4 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower, ceiling fan, air-con and are accessible from the outside deck. Bed Configuration Bedroom 1 - Queen Size Bed (inter-leading door to bedroom 2) Bedroom 2 - 4 x Single Beds (can be converted to king size beds) Bedroom 3 - Queen Size Bed Bedroom 4 - Queen Size Bed The kitchen is a spacious area and equipped with all the necessities for self-catering, including a fridge/freezer, 4 plate gas hob, oven, ice machine, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The main living area opens onto the deck with a sparkling pool and comfortable pool side recliners. Aloha 22 has a lovely barbeque area and a gazebo overlooking the ocean, the perfect spot for early morning coffee or afternoon sundowners. A 4x4 vehicle is required to access Aloha Beach Estate which is located a mere 40 minutes from the Kosi Bay border.

A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2024 RATES Low Season R4 900.00 per house per night (maximum 10 people) High Season R7 000.00 per house per night (maximum 10 people) Peak Season R9 000.00 per house per night (maximum 10 people) Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 – Guests may check out at 15h00 (by prior arrangement) provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 15h00 will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R150.00 per day staff cleaning fee. Please pay housekeeper in cash prior to departure. Payment to include departure date. Breakage/Damage Deposit R4 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported.
