All cleaning materials are provided. Each of the 4 bedroom suites/cottages is a haven of comfort, complete with a loft room for children, en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, small fridge, coffee station and a private deck with stunning sea views. RATES & PAYMENTS The rates below are a guide and will only be confirmed when making your reservation enquiry Rates below are subject to change without notice Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. Low Season R5 700.00 per house per night High Season R6 700.00 per house per night Peak Season R10 500.00 per house per night Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R160.00 per day cleaning fee. Please pay the housekeeper and the groundsman R80.00 each in cash prior to departure. Payment to include departure date. If you are more than 10 people an extra housekeeper will be required and she is to be paid R80 per day. Overtime rates will apply. Entry Permit An entry and exit permit will be required to enter the estate. The cost of the permit is R100 and will be refunded on departure. Breakage/Damage Deposit R4,000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported.
