R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R130.00 – Compulsory Cleaning Fee per day. Please pay the housekeeper R80 and the groundsman R50 per day prior to your departure. Payment to include arrival and departure days. If you are 7 or more people, an extra housekeeper is brought in and she is to be paid R60 per day (including arrival and departure days). Breakage/Damage Deposit R4 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This is truly an excellent family unit. Especially with small children, the beach access is very near, the house is spacious, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Store the spare generator outside the house when there are guests, as the whole house stinks of petrol.
