The houses are positioned approximately 140m from the watermark and are built on a bank affording wonderful sea views from each of the units. Boa Vida 16 can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years on a sleeper couch in the lounge. The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 x single beds. The living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen, small lounge and a spacious deck with a gas braai. There is a TV in the lounge with Netflix (No DSTV/Satellite TV). Unfortunately, there is no Wi-fi, but guests can purchase data from the hotel or at the local restaurant down the road (The Drunken Clam) Guests staying at Boa Vida 16 may make use of the facilities at Hotel Phaphalati which is on the same estate. These superb facilities include a swimming pool, a restaurant, bar and a games area. Boa Vida 16 shares the side deck with House 17, thus making it a perfect 4 bedroom holiday getaway for 8 people. There is direct beach access via a wooden stairway.
