RATES & PAYMENTS The rates below are a guide and will only be confirmed when making your reservation enquiry Rates below are subject to change without notice Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2024 RATES Low Season R2 600.00 per house per night High Season R3 600.00 per house per night Peak Season R4 200.00 per house per night Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R80.00 per day cleaning fee. Please pay housekeeper in cash prior to departure. Payment to include departure date. Breakage/Damage Deposit R3 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported. Please take washing powder if you require the housekeeper to do your laundry. Please note that the water can discolour your laundry. Guests are requested to exercise extreme caution with regard to safety/fire risk. The houses are constructed from wood - make sure fires are put out, gas is switched off and all appliances big and small to be switched off when not in use - including aircon. 4x4 Vehicle Required No pets permitted No smoking indoors No loud music, parties or functions allowed Noise level cut off is 22h00 (no loud music, loud voices/shouting or loud pool splashing after 22h00) Check in from 14h00 and Check out before strictly 10h00 No fireworks permitted (many of the houses are constructed from wood) The maximum capacity of the house may not be exceeded.
