This gem of a house can accommodate a total of 10 adults and 4 children in 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms. This stunning and stylish double storey house comprises 5 air-conditined bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and an en-suite bedroom downstairs. The downstairs section of the house has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted to a King size bed if preferred. This bedroom also has a sleeper couch for 2 children under the age 12. There is a bathroom with a toilet, basin, and shower. In addition, the downstairs section opens onto a deck which has a private pool and braai facilities. The kitchen is kitted with quality equipment including a SMEG oven and gas hob with 4 gas plates. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, double door fridge and freezer. R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R160.00 per day housekeeping fee. There are 2 staff members. Please pay them R80.00 each in cash prior to departure. This includes your day of arrival and departure.
