Ilha Azul House, at Ponto da Ouro, is a vibrant, colourful and spacious self-catering house with two floors amidst lush gardens. The downstairs section can accommodate 9 guests and the upstairs section can sleep 7 people. Ilha Azul House can be rented as a whole or individually depending on the size of the group. The downstairs area comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (three are en-suite), a modern kitchen, living room and a braai area. Guests staying in the downstairs section have exclusive use of the swimming pool, which is located in a tropical, landscaped garden. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, a modern kitchen, spacious living room and a large balcony for barbeques and socializing. Extra Guests R250.00 - Rate per extra single mattress for a maximum of 4 additional guests during low and high season Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee Staff cleaning fee is included in the rate. If the upstairs and downstairs sections are rented separately, the swimming pool is for the sole use of the downstairs guests. We provide complimentary laundry, dish wash liquid and toilet paper. If you have laundry requirements, please make an agreeable arrangement with the staff and pay them prior to departure.
