This sprawling holiday villa in Ponta Malongane can accommodate 10 guests. Kangela Estate is an upmarket and secure estate in Southern Mozambique, surrounded by a forest of indigenous shrubs and situated on a pristine private beach. Kangela 13 has 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and cooled by ceiling fans. The bedrooms are located upstairs and all open onto the communal balcony with views over the blue ocean. The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. Two additional children may be accommodated at additional cost. The open plan lounge features a flat screen TV with DSTV and music system. The large deck leading from the lounge has a private swimming pool, a games room with pool table and a private walkway to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering including a gas stove, double eye level oven and a separate scullery. The games room at Kangela 13 is situated in a separate building at the pool deck. In addition, a private sitting area on the walkway to the beach is the perfect spot to enjoy refreshing sundowners, glorious sunsets and to watch the antics of the whales during the winter months.
KANGELA 13 RATES & PAYMENTS The rates below are a guide and will only be confirmed when making your reservation enquiry Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2025 RATES R10 000.00 per night for a maximum of 10 people R500.00 per extra person per day (maximum 12 years) The house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. Two additional children under 12 years can be accommodated at R500 per child per night Minimum Stays A minimum 4 night stay is required during low and high season A minimum 7 night stay is required during December Peak season Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 – Guests may check out at 15h00 (by prior arrangement) provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 15h00 will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Cleaning Fee R225.00 – Please pay the housekeeper R150 per day and the groundsman R75 per day. Please pay them in cash prior to departure (payment to include arrival and departure days). Breakage/Damage Deposit R4 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported.
