The main lodge houses the beautiful living room, bar, dining area, kitchen and the fifth en-suite bedroom which has two single beds and a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully kitted for self-catering and includes 2 fridges, a chest deep freezer, 2 bar fridges and an ice machine. There is an electric oven, gas hob as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine. The 4 bedrooms suites at Kangela 4 are comfortable glass fronted units, each with its own bathroom, wooden walkways and lovely views into the sand forest. All bedroom suites have ceiling fans as well as mosquito mesh on the sliding doors and windows. Wood can be bought from the village or bring your own charcoal There are 2 red and yellow kayaks that can be used by guests, please rinse and return them to the racks under room 4 if you use them. No Pets permitted No loud music, parties or functions allowed (strictly no noise after 10pm) There are no safes so we suggest you keep all valuables locked in your car. There is a circular Red Duiker Trail through the sand forest with many labelled trees. The trail starts opposite the entrance to house no 3 (next door). Snakes are fairly common in a forest environment. We suggest you keep the bedroom doors closed and be aware of them on the walkways. There are also monkeys on the estate so keep food in the pantry with the door closed and close the outside doors and windows when you leave the house.
