This luxury self-catering lodge has 10 kilometres of Crocodile River frontage, from which guests have been lucky enough to view the Big Five which are found throughout this region. Herds of buffalo and elephant frequent the riverine area and predators, leopard, lion, hyena and often wild dog are seen here. Waterbuck and other antelope, kudu, bushbuck and impala are common. Bird spotting is a favourite sport among guests and they are never disappointed with the variety of species in the area. Leo Lapa accommodates ten guests in five private bedrooms. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom plus an outside shower with a patio looking onto the Crocodile River. The long passage opens up to a large lounge and dining room area where visitors can enjoy a sunset drink while watching a variety of bird and animal life. This room further extends to an enormous patio with an infinity pool and braai area where many a bush story has been shared.
