RATES & PAYMENTS The rates below are a guide and will only be confirmed when making your reservation enquiry Rates below are subject to change without notice Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. Low Season - Midweek (Sunday to Thursday) R4 000.00 per night for maximum of 4 people. R450.00 per person per night thereafter (capped at R8 500 per night). Low Season - Weekend (Friday & Saturday) R8 500.00 per night High Season R9 500.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) Peak Season R13 500.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) Late Check Out R800.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. Furthermore, if a booking is received on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R80.00 per houskeeper per day cleaning fee. Please pay each of the two housekeepers in cash prior to departure. Payment to include departure date. Hours of work and overtime fee will be advised with the booking information. Breakage/Damage Deposit A breakage deposit equal to 1 night stay will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported. The homeowners at the estate get fined if there are additional guests staying at the house. This will affect the refund of the breakage deposit. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the rooms, including the central living area Cushions – please bring in at night as humidity and rain can cause damage. Towels – floor mats are provided. Please do not use towels for this purpose. Bed linen – over a 10-day stay, bed linen will be changed on the 7th day. Mahi Mahi 3 has a septic tank system – Only toilet paper may be flushed in the toilets. Mahi Mahi 3 may not be booked for parties or events including weddings, 21st birthdays, etc. No noise after 22h30 (including loud music, shouting, splashing in pool) The washing machine is to be operated by the staff only.
