A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2024 RATES Low Season R4 500.00 per house per night High Season R5 600.00 per house per night Peak Season R8 500.00 per house per night Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R150.00 - Housekeeper cleaning fee per day, including arrival and departure days. The Groundsman cleans the pool, braai, and outside area. There no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity would be welcome. Breakage/Damage Deposit R4 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported.
