R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R150.00 - Housekeeper cleaning fee per day, including arrival and departure days. The Groundsman cleans the pool, braai, and outside area. There no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity would be welcome. Breakage/Damage Deposit R4 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. Gas – Please ensure gas ovens and braais are turned off after use. Balustrades and Railings – Please do not lean against or sit on any of the balustrades/railings. Malaria – Mozambique is a malaria area, please visit your GP for anti-malaria meds prior to departing for Mozambique. Driving – Please do not drive to and from Mozambique after sundown.
