A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2025 RATES Low Season R5 000.00 per night (13 people) High Season R7 500.00 per night (13 people) Peak Season R10 000.00 per night (13 people) Breakage/Damage Deposit R6 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported. Service Fee A R125.00 non-refundable service fee is required with the deposit payment. Staff Fee R140.00 per day staff cleaning fee. Please pay each staff member R70 each in cash prior to departure. Payment to include day of departure. Their working hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday and 7am-12noon on Saturdays. If you would like the staff to work Saturday afternoon, the fee will be R75 for the afternoon and if you would like them to work on Sundays and Public Holidays, the fee is R150 per day. Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.
