A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2025 RATES Low Season R4 500.00 per night (12 people) High Season R5 800.00 per night (12 people) Peak Season R7 500.00 per night (12 people) Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. Staff Fee The cleaning fee is included in the rate. However the housekeeper would be very appreciative being tipped for good service. Breakage/Damage Deposit R4 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported.
