R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Electricity Electricity is for guest's own account. However, the fridges etc will be running upon arrival. The housekeeper will take a meter reading at the time of arrival and time of departure, to determine electricity usage. Staff Fee R350.00 per day - Please pay housekeeper R150 per day and the manager/groundsman R200.00 per day. Please pay the cash to the manager/groundsman and he will distribute accordingly. Payment to include day of arrival and departure. Breakage/Damage Deposit R6 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported.
