Mar Azul 15 is a luxury privately owned villa situated within the estate. This double storey house is exquisitely decorated and styled with crisp linen, white plantation shutters, romantically draped mosquito nets, beach style furniture and colourful artworks displayed on the walls. Mar Azul 15 can accommodate 12 people in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms have a double bed and the 6th room has 2 twin beds. The 4 bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms and the 2 downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen at Mar Azul 15 is kitted out with a 5 hob gas stove and electric oven, deep fryer, microwave oven, coffee plunger and machine. In addition, there is a separate scullery with a dishwasher, a washing machine, 2 chest freezers and a large glass door fridge. The airy open plan living area features comfortable, soft couches and a flat screen TV with DSTV and DVD surround sound system. The large covered deck has a welcome plunge pool overlooking the ocean. Ideal for outdoor entertaining, the deck at Mar Azul 15 has a gas braai, a sturdy bench style dining table and comfortable sofas to flop into and enjoy those blissful ocean views.

R1 500.00 – Guests may check out at 15h00 (by prior arrangement) provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 15h00 will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R50.00 per day cleaning fee.
