R1 500.00 – Guests may check out at 15h00 (by prior arrangement) provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 15h00 will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee The staff cleaning fee is included in the rate, however, staff will greatly appreciate being tipped for their good service. Breakage/Damage Deposit R4 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported. Cancellation Policy

30% of the Accommodation total (as per invoice) is non-refundable if the cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival.                                                
Cancellations made within 1 month before arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refunds).
