The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and all have en-suite bathrooms. The comfortable bedrooms are furnished with single beds which can be pushed together. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge suitable for 2 children under 12 years. The bright and airy living area at Mar Azul 21 comprises an open plan lounge with DSTV, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge/freezer combo, chest freezer and an ice-machine. A large wooden deck with great sea views surrounds the house and there is a tranquil, tropical garden with a pool deck, ideal for entertaining.

R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee R100.00 per day cleaning fee. Please pay housekeeper in cash prior to departure. Payment to include departure date. Breakage/Damage Deposit A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 night stay will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported. No Pets Permitted (deep cleaning costs will be deducted from breakage deposit) 4x4 Vehicle is Required No smoking permitted in the house No loud music, parties or functions allowed (strictly no noise after 10pm). No fireworks permitted (many of the houses are constructed from wood) The maximum capacity of the house may not be exceeded.
