This stunning home is situated on the beach front row with direct access to the pristine beach below. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a counter to the outdoor deck, a lounge/dining area and an expansive deck. Mar Azul 4 can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children under 12 years (on pull-out beds). Bedroom Configuration Bedroom 1 - Queen Size Bed and a Single Roll out Bed Bedroom 2 - Double Bed and a Single Bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Size Bed and a Single Roll out Bed Bedroom 4 - Double Bed and a Single Bed On the left side of the house are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with a single roll out bed underneath, bedroom 2 has a double and a single bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. On the right side of Mar Azul 4 house there are another 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with a single roll out bed underneath and bedroom 4 has a double and single bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. All beds have mosquito nets and overhead ceiling fans- regret no air-con. The kitchen is open plan and modern. There are 3 fridges, 1 chest deep freeze, electric oven with glass top stove, 2 electric chip fryers, coffee machine and all the cutlery, crockery and utensils required for a self-catering holiday. The deck is spacious and furnished with comfy outdoor furniture, a gas braai and mesmerizing ocean views. Guests may also enjoy charcoal braais in the sheltered area behind the house. Mar Azul 4 has a backup generator for use during power outages and a private walkway to the pristine beach below.

Low Season R4 300.00 per house per night High Season R5 300.00 per house per night Peak Season R6 000.00 per house per night Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 – Guests may check out at 15h00 (by prior arrangement) provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 15h00 will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Fee Housekeeping is included in the rate, however tips would be appreciated Breakage/Damage Deposit R4 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with your balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any breakages/losses reported.
