The spectacular beaches of Ponta Malongane are the playground for this timber home, styled in cool ocean colours off set by bright white furniture. This 14-sleeper house boasts seven bedrooms and five bathrooms with showers, providing ample space and comfort for your group. Upstairs, four bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, while the three downstairs bedrooms feature French doors that invite in the refreshing salty breezes. Additionally, Mar Azul 5 has two braai facilities. The braai at the back of the house is shared with the neighbour at House 6 and there is a gas braai on the deck which can be moved around to suit varying wind conditions. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2024 RATES Low Season R4 300.00 per house per night High Season R5 300.00 per house per night Peak Season R6 000.00 per house per night Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Housekeeping is included in the rate, however tips will be greatly appreciated. Breakage/Damage Deposit R4 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported. Only the housekeeper may use the washing machine. If you would like her to do your laundry, there is an extra charge to be paid directly to the housekeeper. Regret, no Pets permitted. 4×4 Vehicle is Required No smoking permitted in the house. No loud music, parties or functions allowed (strictly no noise after 10pm) No fireworks permitted (many of the houses are constructed from wood) The maximum capacity of the house may not be exceeded.
