A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. 2024 RATES Low Season R4 300.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) High Season R5 300.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) Peak Season R6 000.00 per house per night (maximum 14 people) Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 – Guests may check out at 15h00 (by prior arrangement) provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 – Guests who check out after 15h00 will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit. Staff Cleaning Fee R50.00 per day housekeeping fee. Please pay staff in cash prior to departure. Payment to include departure date. Breakage/Damage Deposit R4 000.00 - Refundable breakage deposit is required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported.
