RATES & PAYMENTS Rates will be confirmed when making your reservation. Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. Low Season – Minimum 3 night stay R5 500.00 per house per night (8 sleeper) High Season – Minimum 5 night stay R7 200.00 per house per night (8 sleeper) Peak Season – Minimum 12 night stay during December holidays R7 700.00 per house per night (8 sleeper) Power R100 power per day will be supplied. If the power runs out, clients are required to top up the meter. Breakage/Damage Deposit A refundable R500.00 cash breakage/damage deposit is required on check-in and will be refunded on check-out pending any deductions for damages/losses. Service Fee R125.00 once off service fee required with deposit payment.
