This double storey self-catering house is constructed from wood and offers affordable, comfortable accommodation for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The upstairs section of Montanha Lodge 8 houses 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), small sitting area and an undercover deck. The downstairs section has the 3rd bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen, lounge and a deck with dining table. Bed Configuration Bedroom 1 – Double Bed Bedroom 2 – Double Bed Bedroom 3 – Two Single beds Montanha Lodge House 8 does not have sea views but is situated a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The units are serviced daily and have borehole water, gas and 24 hour electricity. Local vendors visit the lodge daily with a supply of produce and curios of offer – these range from fresh fruits of the sea (prawns, crayfish, fish and langoustine) as well as freshly baked local bread and seasonal fruits and vegetables, sarongs and artwork.

A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. Minimum Stay Low Season - 2 Nights Peak Season (December) - 7 nights Extra Guests R300.00 - Per additional person per day will apply for each guest exceeding the maximum allocation per unit. Staff Fees Cleaning fees are included in the rate. Staff will greatly appreciate being tipped for their service. Breakage/Damage Deposit A R3 000.00 refundable breakage deposit is required prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days less any breakages/damages reported. WHAT TO BRING Beach and Bath Towels Toilet Paper Cleaning Soaps/Powders Black Garbage Bags Torches/Solar Lights Gas Lighter (for Stove) Mosquito/Insect Repellent We recommend that you include your braai (barbeque) grid, braai utensils and outdoor chairs for the deck and beach. Adaptors for charging cell phones, laptops and for other personal uses WHAT TO NOTE 4x4 Vehicles required No mosquito coils, fireworks or candles permitted No wood fires, only charcoal braais are permitted due to many houses having flammable thatched roofs in the lodge.
