Relax in the living room, cooled by air conditioning, which opens onto a spacious undercover deck. Here you'll find a gas braai and a refreshing pool, perfect for unwinding. The living room at Ocean Fresh includes a TV - please don't forget your decoder, smart card and remote for DSTV connection. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a standard size fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, kettle, toaster and all the utensils and cutlery needed for 8 guests. Gather around the large dining table on the deck or sink into the comfy lounge suite for some quality time. Connected to the deck, the airy 3rd bedroom features twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a ceiling fan for added comfort. Just a short stroll, about15m away, discover the enchanting 4th bedroom suite nestled in the forested surroundings. It is advisable to bring bottled drinking water. Please note we make use of a septic system. Please do not flush 'foreign objects' - only toilet paper. Keys to Ocean Fresh can be collected from the Reception office at Vista Alta Estate after 2 pm. Please return the keys on the date of departure between 8am and 10am. On collection of the keys, an R1000 Cash key and breakage deposit need to be paid to reception. A form with your banking details as well as your contact details needs to be completed. Any breakages and lost keys and/or remotes will be deducted from this deposit. The balance to be refunded into your bank account 3-5 days after departure. No smoking indoors No pets permitted No noise/parties after 22h00 SAFETY Fire - No fires permitted except in designated braai areas. Please ensure braai coals are properly extinguished before leaving the braai area. Gas – Please ensure gas ovens and braais are turned off after use. Balustrades and Railings – Please do not lean against or sit on any of the balustrades/railings. Malaria – Mozambique is a malaria area, so please visit your GP for anti-malaria meds prior to departing for Mozambique. Driving – Please do not drive to and from Mozambique after sundown. Pool - The swimming pool has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk.
