Accommodation at Pelican Point Lodge is offered in the renovated old Harbour Control building, at the foot of the Lighthouse, known as Pelican Point Lodge and offers our guests a choice of 2 Family Suites, 7 Deluxe Suites and the Captain’s Cove Penthouse Suite. Formerly the harbour control tower, the Captain’s Cove Suite offers absolute privacy and 360° views to enjoy the landscape from above. All the suites are spacious, decorated in a warm contemporary style and designed to make use of the beautiful views even whilst showering. Dining at the lodge is a special occasion with elegant table settings, soft lighting, bio-fires, and spectacular views on a clear evening, warm and cosy on misty nights. You will indulge in wholesome, unpretentious and sophisticated cuisine paired with excellent local and South African wines. On a clear sunny day the dunes of the Namib Desert, the ships, vessels and boats on the lagoon will give you a perfect backdrop to create special memories of this unique place and strengthen your appreciation for the natural world around us.

Guests to park their vehicles at Pelican Bay Hotel and will be transferred to Lodge free of charge. Arrival day: The complimentary, escorted self-drive experience on arrival day departs from the meeting point to the lodge at 15h00 and is automatically confirmed upon booking. Departure day: The complimentary escorted self-drive experience on departure day departs from the lodge at 10h30 to arrive by the meeting point by 11h15. Road transfers can be provided at from Walvis Bay to Pelican Point at additional cost.
