Accessed from the courtyard via a spiral staircase, the furnished rooftop deck is the perfect spot for enjoying sea view sundowners. The indoor living spaces comprise a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living room complete with a gas fireplace and DSTV and a dining area with ample seating for 12 guests. Additionally, there is a bar area boasting a wine fridge for added convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, featuring a gas stove/electric oven, a double door fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a breakfast bar with stools for casual dining and a washing machine and dryer in the scullery. The villa can accommodate 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are not accessed from inside the house.
