This lovely 4 bedroom house can comfortably accommodate a total of 9 adults and a small child. Each of the 4 bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom (with double showers) and ceiling fans. There are 3 bedrooms with queen size, extra length beds and 1 bedroom with three single beds (with a 4th pull out bed for a child). The open plan living area comprises a stylish sitting area with DSTV connectivity (bring your own decoder and remote from home) and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen appliances fit for a chef include an ice maker, filtered drinking water, double door fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric oven with gas hob and a washing machine. Stepping through the glass sliding doors, guests staying at Serendipity Ponta Beach House can enjoy alfresco meals on the undercover deck with blissful ocean views before them. The deck extends to the private swimming pool (unfenced but can be securely covered if needed) where guests can enjoy a refreshing dip, sun bathing on the comfortable recliners or snoozing in the hammocks. Secluded from any wind, there is a boma braai area behind the house with seating and a firepit, just perfect for a seafood potjie or a meaty braai under a star studded sky. The Vista Alta Estate has 24 hour security and guests can enjoy delicious fresh seafood at the 360º Restaurant and pub on the estate.
