This dairy farm has 5 beautiful country styled self-catering cottages which have an authentic working-farm feel and harmoniously share their restored interiors with old world charm and contemporary trappings. Take a break and enjoy the tranquil settings of Springvale Farm and all it has to offer. There are a number of hiking trails on the farm which are great for running, bike riding (bring your own) or walking. The farm has a variety of bird and wildlife so be sure to keep an eye out for animals such as Bushbuck, Reedbuck, Blesbuck and 3 species of Crane. Guests staying at Springvale Farm are generously gifted with farm fresh produce (milk, eggs, butter and bread). It’s the feeling of simplicity that people seek and why Springvale Farm is so wonderful to visit! Inkonyane Cottage (2 sleeper) Inkonyane meaning little calf – is just that … its small and its cute. Set slightly away from the other cottages, this comfy private one bedroom cottage overlooks an orchard. Wilde Als (4 sleeper) This 2 bedroom cottage with en-suite bathrooms beats all expectations. Set away from the other cottages, it offers more privacy and space than you could dream of. A spacious stoep with sweeping views of the natural bush, a fire pit and a fun farm style hot tub, as well as an outdoor shower. Red Cottage (4 sleeper) Big on style, this tastefully decorated 2 bedroom cottage features a veranda which is smothered in morning sunshine. Ouhout Cottage (6 sleeper) Life on the farm has never been such fun – this special 3 bedroom cottage with en-suite bathrooms, the first cottage on the farm, is simply decorated with a large open living area, comfy beds, a wood burning stove and a farm style hot tub! Sunflower Cottage (4 sleeper) Situated on a working dairy farm with plenty of animals in the mix – paradise for small kids and also for adults feeling jaded from city life. Sunflower Cottage with its fine linens and comfortable beds has 2 en-suite bathrooms with showers.
