This historical homestead which dates back to 1913, offers the finest in quality farm accommodation set with antique furniture, comfortable beds layered with soft blankets, complimentary sherry, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with underfloor heating and a lounge with a log fireplace and DSTV. Guests may also choose the option of a bed & breakfast rate. The St Fort Country House is divided amongst the Main House, the Annex and a 2 sleeper garden cottages. The 3 units can be booked separately or booked as one. The Main House has 3 spacious bedrooms, one which has a bath and shower and can fit two extra beds if required. The other 2 bedrooms have showers. There are two single beds in each bedroom, and these can be made into double. For the cold winter months, oil heaters and electric blankets are supplied. A spacious kitchen with underfloor heating, big lounge with fireplace and TV with Netflix and a lovely undercover patio with mountain views completes the look and feel of this country home. The Annex has 2 en-suite bedrooms with showers, its own lounge with fireplace, kitchenette and verandah. This section is accessed by an inter-leading door which can be closed and locked. The sunny patio overlooks a large garden with lovely views. The quaint Garden Cottage lies on the west side of the guesthouse, ideal for those who prefer some added privacy when sharing with groups. Comfortable with 1 en-suite bedroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. For those who love to explore, St Fort Country House offers fun and scenic day hikes for guests staying on the farm.
