There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and a separate 1 bedroom flat with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Your essential linens, bath and beach towels are all thoughtfully provided. Bed Configuration Bedroom 1 - King Size Bed, Air-Con and en-suite full bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen Size Bed and en-suite with shower Bedroom 3 - Queen Size Bed Bedroom 4 - Queen Size Bed plus a Single Bed and en-suite with shower Flat - King Size Bed plus a Single Bed and en-suite with shower The open-plan lounge and dining area are tailor-made for larger groups, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen and scullery. Expect a range of appliances, from a microwave and gas stove to a large side by side fridge/freezer, bar fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cutlery and crockery you'll need. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. Low Season From R5 300.00 per night Mid-Season From R5 750.00 per night High Season From R8 800.00 per night Peak Season From R13 000.00 per night Admin Fee R380.00 - Admin Fee charged by Property Management Cleaning Fees R250.00 daily Groundsman fee R1 200.00 - departure cleaning fee The Groundsman fee is for the staff member to clean braai, clean pool, keep entertainment area tidy, assists with carrying and packing items to the beach. A Housekeeper can be organised by prior arrangement. Breakage/Damage Deposit A refundable breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation total, with a minimum of R2 500, will be required prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure pending any breakages/losses. Note: Please note that this unit only allows family bookings (Adults and children).
