Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located in a separate building, giving extra privacy and comfort. It’s the perfect spot to kick back and relax to the sound of the waves. To make your stay even more relaxing, you’ll be looked after by our live-in housekeeper, Mika. She’s here to keep everything tidy and comfortable, and she'll even set up a large shade awning on the beach for you! This will be refunded within 14 days, pending any losses/breakages reported. Service Fee A R125.00 non-refundable service fee is required with the deposit payment. Staff Fee R120.00 per day staff cleaning fee. Please pay housekeeper in cash prior to departure. Payment to include day of departure. If more than 9 people occupy the house a second housekeeper is brought in. Please also pay her R120 a day including the day of arrival and departure. Late Check Out Check in is from 14h00 and check out before 10h00. R1 500.00 - Late check outs at 3.00pm may be arranged in advance, provided no guests are arriving on your departure date. If a booking is received to arrive on your departure date, the late check out will be cancelled and the payment refunded with the breakage deposit. R1 000.00 - Guests who check out after 3.00pm will have an additional R1,000 deducted from the breakage deposit.
