The house can accommodate a total of 8 guests comfortably in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Each has a Super King Size bed, which can be separated into 2 x 3/4 beds if required. The living areas comprise a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, an air-conditioned lounge with DSTV and a spacious patio which is the entertainment hub of the house with a private pool, built in charcoal braai and an alfresco dining area. Wi-Fi is provided and the house has a daily cleaning service. Enjoy the flavours of the numerous beach bars, spend a day in the vibrant town of Tofo, or simply kick back on a sunbed and watch the magnetic pull of the ocean.
RATES & PAYMENTS Rates are a guide price and will be confirmed when making your reservation 2024 RATES Low Season R600.00 per person per night Minimum 6 people High Season (School Holidays and Easter) R6 400.00 per house per night Peak Season (December Holidays) R8 000.00 per house per night Breakage/Damage Deposit R3 000.00 - A Refundable breakage deposit will be required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 7 days, pending any losses/breakages reported. Service Fee A R125.00 non-refundable service fee is required with the deposit payment. Staff Fee The cleaning fee is included in the rate. However, the staff will appreiciate being tipped for their service. SAFETY Please be aware of the following hazards; Fires - Please note that open fires are strictly prohibited except within the designated braai/barbecue area. No candles, fireworks, mosquito coils or wood fires permitted Balustrades and Railings – Please do not lean against or sit on any of the balustrades/railings Gas – Please ensure gas ovens and braais are turned off after use (if using a charcoal braai, please ensure the coals are out before leaving the braai area). Malaria – Mozambique is a malaria area, so please visit your GP for anti-malaria meds prior to departing for Mozambique Driving – Please do not drive at night when travelling to and from Mozambique Swimming Pool - The pool is unfenced and does not have a pool cover.
