Two of the rooms comprise queen sized beds whilst the 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have double beds, with a single bed for children. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, and there is a large bathroom on the left wing for the other bedrooms. Downstairs comprises an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and chill lounge that leads through wooden stack doors onto a lovely deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, a fire-pit and and a sparkling pool. A private path leads guests directly onto the beach, ensuring convenience and a seamless connection to the ocean. Upstairs, large stacking doors welcome in salty breezes, and breathtaking sea views can be enjoyed from the lounge and balcony with built-in barbecue—perfect for lazy afternoons or sunset gatherings. RATES & PAYMENTS Rates are an estimate and will be confirmed when making your reservation. Full payment is required prior to arrival. A 50% deposit secures and the balance is required 1 month prior to arrival. From R4 600.00 – R8 000.00 per night for 10 people (rates are seasonal and depend on dates). Breakage/Damage Deposit R3 500.00 - Refundable breakage deposit will be required with the balance of payment. This will be refunded within 10 days less any breakages/losses reported. Service Fee A R125.00 non-refundable service fee is required with the deposit payment.
